Who can use FaceBananas

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to you using their photo in FaceBananas. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to provide the studio to you, including any public share links you create.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
• use generated images to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive anyone;
• misrepresent generated images as unedited photos in a way meant to mislead;
• attempt to get around plan limits, security measures or rate limits, or access other people's data;
• scrape, resell or automate access to the service without our written permission.

AI results are simulations

Makeovers, recommendations and facial analysis are generated by AI. They are creative previews, may be inaccurate, and are not professional advice.

Cosmetic procedure and cosmetic dentistry previews are illustrations only. They are not medical advice and do not predict the result of any treatment. Always consult a licensed professional before any procedure.

Plans, trials and billing

FaceBananas has a free plan and paid monthly plans (Creative Spark and Elite Pro), with the features and monthly limits shown on our pricing section. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.

An eligible first paid subscription can start with a 7-day free trial; you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal from your profile, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Public share links

When you create a public share link, anyone with the link can view the shared image until it expires after 30 days or you revoke it. Only share images you have the right to share.

Our service

The FaceBananas software, styles, catalog and branding belong to us and our licensors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Disclaimers and liability

FaceBananas is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and tell you in the app about significant changes; continuing to use FaceBananas after that means you accept them.
